How to join on Java:

Launch Minecraft and press the Multiplayer button

Click on Add Server and write any name for it

Enter play.leafcraft.gg as the IP

Click Done

You are now ready to join!

How to join on Bedrock:

Launch Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and press the Multiplayer button

Click on Add Server and write any name for it

Enter play.leafcraft.gg as the IP and 19132 as the port

Click Done

You are now ready to join!
